Advantages Of EINK

E-paper display utilizes microcapsule electrophoretic technology for displaying, the principle is: charged particles suspended in clear fluid will move to sides of microcapsule when electric field is applied, making the microcapsule become visible by reflecting ambient light, just as traditional printed paper.

E-paper display will clearly display images/texts under lamplight or natural light, requires no backlight, and features nearly up to 180^o viewing angle. It is usually used as e-reader due to its paper-like effect.

Bun dar nu stie partial update

Mi-am uat un pic de teapa din lipsa de documentatie proprie.
De la acelasi producator display-urile in 2 culori (fara rosu) "stiu" si partial updates. Acesta insa poate face doar full update care dureaza aproape 10s si creaza flicker pe toata imaginea.
Daca insa culoarea in plus e mai importanta decat update-uri mai frecvente si rapide nu ii gasesc alta problema semnificativa.

A, libraria Python (si celelalte) din codul de teste de pe site-ul producatorului nu functioneaza la rotatii diferite de 0 grade, cu putin debugging se poate insa modifica si pentru celelalte orientari.
