EasyWood is a very easy to print wood filament as it is based on our EasyFil PLA compound and the 40% gravimetrical filling with grinded wood particles make the filament absolutely warp-free. EasyWood looks, feels and smells like real wood and beautiful wood-nerve structures can be obtained by grinding the printed object a bit with a piece of fine grit sandpaper or by varying with the printing temperature

When printing with filled/composite filaments it is recommended to clean your nozzle immediately after printing by feeding 15-20cm PLA filament through your nozzle. This will make sure that any potential fillers are flown out of your nozzle. It is even better to use glow in the dark PLA as the extremely hard phosphorous particles are much more likely to scrape out residual waste from your nozzle.

EasyWoodTM looks, feels and smells like real wood. EasyWoodTM is a unique mixture of 40% grinded wood particles in combination with the modified and proven easy-to-print binding polymers used for our EasyFilTM PLA filaments. This extraordinary blend has resulted in a high-end and unsurpassed "easy to print" wooden filament. You can obtain a beautiful wood-nerve structure in your EasyWoodTM printed objects by grinding it a little bit with a piece of fine grit sandpaper. By grinding your printed object a bit you will highlight the relief, or rough edges/surfaces, of your printed object with different shades of the respective wood colour.
