Directions:
1: Connect the battery (otherwise the motherboard won't have a display).
2: Press the "+" button to display upper limit voltage. A long press will flash, then set the upper limit voltage (H).
3: Press the "-" button display lower limit voltage. A long press will flash, then set the lower limit voltage (L).
4: Connect to the charger.
5: Press close the display to save electricity.
